In this recipe, preparing buffalo chicken mac and cheese takes about an hour until ready. In this recipe, dark meat is the best type of meat to use.

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken thighs.

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Hot sauce of your choice.

  • Onions

  • Celery

  • ½ cup of flour

  • 5 cups of Milk

  • Gouda cheese

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Pasta

  • Blue cheese

  • Bread crumbs

Directions

  • Season the boneless chicken thighs on both sides with black pepper and salt.
  • Add a little butter all over the seasoned chicken thighs.
  • Add hot sauce to the mixture and ensure that you spread it all over the chicken thighs.
  • Put the oven for about 30 minutes.
  • For the mac and cheese, melt down ¾ of butter.
  • Add chopped or onion and celery
  • Add ½ cup of flour to the mixture and stir
  • Gradually add milk to the mixture and keep stirring until all the ingredients mix well. Give the mixture a duration of 35 minutes until it cooks.
  • Add Gouda cheese to the boiling mixture.

  • Then add blue cheese chunks all over the mixture.
  • Top the mixture with bread crumbs.
  • Put in the oven and bake at 425 degrees for about 17 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and add the rest of the blue cheese on top.
  • Top it with celery cheese.
