  • For spice mixture:
  • Chili powder: 2 tablespoon

  • Kosher salt: 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Granulated garlic: 1 teaspoon

  • Dried oregano: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon

  • For nachos:
  • Vegetable oil: 1 teaspoon

  • Ground beef: 1 pound

  • Refried beans: 1/6 Ounces (2 cups), canned or homemade

  • Water: 1/4 cup

  • Tortilla chips: 1 large bag

  • Cheddar cheese: 4 ounces

  • Colby jack cheese: 4 ounces

  • Pico de gallo: 1 cup

  • Chopped cilantro: 1/4 cup

  • Sliced jalapeno: 1 (pickled or fresh)

  • Optional toppings:
  • Canned black olives

  • Sour cream

  • Corn

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F:
    Before starting baking, preheat your oven at about 350°F.
  • Mix all the spices:
